陈清财:教授,博导,哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)智能计算研究中心常务副主任,中国中文信息学会理事、医疗健康与生物信息处理专委会主任、语言与知识计算专委会医疗知识图谱工作组召集人,哈工大(深圳)-腾讯互联网+“人工智能联合实验室”主任。CCF中文信息技术专委会委员、人工智能学会青年工作委员会学术委员、中文信息学会语言与知识计算专业委员会委员, BioinformaticsIEEE Trans. SMCNeurocomputingACM TALIPPattern Recognition等国际期刊审稿人,第九届全国自然语言处理青年学者研讨会召集人,NLPCC2014国际会议组委会联合主席,CIPS2017学术年会承办人。20039月获哈尔滨工业大学计算机应用专业博士学位;20039月至20048月任职于英特尔(中国)有限公司高级软件工程师;20049月至今在哈工大深研院任教,香港理工大学访问学者。

国内最早开展深度学习研究的研究人员之一,在深度学习、自然语言处理、医学文本处理、人机交互等领域从事了多年的研究工作,在包括PRNeurocomputing, JBI, IEEE Trans. SMC Part B等在内的国际国内期刊以及NIPSACLEMNLP等重要国际会议发表论文100余篇,谷歌引用2500余次,参编国际专著1部,授权发明专利8项,作为主要研究人员参加多项国家自然科学基金和国家863项目,先后承担4项国家自然科学基金项目,“基于深度学习的中文信息处理与基础资源构建”获深圳市2018年度科技进步二等奖,所指导的博士生户保田获2018年度中国中文信息学会优秀博士论文提名奖(每两年评一次,优博奖+优博提名奖共10人)。带领的团队参加2014I2B2医学文本处理国际评测,在两项任务中获得国际第二(国内第一)的成绩。与华为诺亚方舟实验室(香港)、腾讯互联网加、阿里巴巴、中兴通讯、微众银行、招商银行等开展了深入合作。与诺亚方舟实验室合作论文单篇引用次数560余次,获NIPS5年论文引用前50名,构建的大规模中文生成式短文本摘要语料库获包括CMU在内的全球近120余家著名机构申请使用。近年来带领团队参加了多界医疗健康领域相关国际公开评测成绩,在2014年参加SemEval-2014 Task 7关于“临床医疗文本分析”的国际评测,在信息抽取和语义编码任务上均获得第一名,2014年参加i2b2关于“去隐私化”和“随时间变迁的心脏病风险因子识别”的国际评测,在两个任务上均获得了第二名(国内第一);2015年参加BioCreative V Track 3关于“药物和疾病关系抽取”的国际评测,在药物实体识别任务上获得第一名,2017CCKS中文实体与关系抽取评测第一名,2019CCKS 金融事件主体抽取评测第一名。
