The school of computer science and technology cooperates with well-known international universities and research institutions to carry out international education, including holding international academic conferences, establishing joint laboratories, and jointly training graduate students.

On November 3, 2005, the "business intelligence Joint Laboratory" jointly established by the school of computer science and technology of Harbin Institute of technology and the Institute of e-commerce technology, University of Hong Kong, was established in Shenzhen Graduate School.

On January 15, 2006, the Institute of computer science and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University jointly founded the "media and Life Sciences Computing Laboratory".

Professor Yang Su, academician of American Society of electrical and electronic engineers and Computer Department of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, is employed as a distinguished professor of Shenzhen Graduate School of Harbin Institute of technology.

Professor Huang philosophy of the Institute of electronic commerce and technology of the University of Hong Kong visited the college and made a wonderful academic report for our students.
